All referees
must adhere to the Referee Code of Ethics at all times. Further, the following requirements
must be met in order to get paid for your games
- You
MUST fill out the game report on Game Officials within 48 hours after
your game (Do it right away when you get home – it takes less than 2
minutes)
- No
Game Report = No Pay. You are
professionals and you need to act as such
- All serious injuries,
cautions, send-offs and coach dismissals require a USSF Supplemental
Report that must be sent to the SRA (sra@soccernh.org)
and the MAYSL Referee Director (tamaradmorris@gmail.com) Please make sure you provide the time
of the incident (When), the player/coach name (Who is it), the occurrence
(What happened) and nature of the
incident (Why you are reporting it).
For example, “In the 24th minute, Joe Jones injured his right leg
and left the game” or “In the 43rd minute, Bill Elliott recklessly kicked
an opponent and was shown a yellow card”.
